Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the website of Πολιτιστικός Σύλλογος χορού (“the Business”, “we”). By browsing the website or sending a form you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about our business (services offered, opening hours, location, contact) and lets you send an appointment request. No sales or payments are made through the website.

2. Information and prices

We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date. Services, prices, opening hours and availability may change without notice, for example seasonally. The prices shown in the price list at the premises apply and include VAT. Photos are for illustration only.

3. Appointment requests

  • The form on this website sends an appointment request. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed it by phone or email; until then the time is not held for you.
  • We may decline a request or propose another time, for example when we are fully booked.
  • Please arrive on time. The slot is held for 15 minutes after the appointment time; after that it may be given to other clients.
  • If you cannot come, please let us know by phone as early as possible. No deposit is required for appointments requested through this website.

4. Your obligations

You provide truthful details in the forms and do not submit requests on behalf of others without their permission. Any misuse of the website is prohibited, such as sending unsolicited or automated messages, attempting to interfere with its operation, or copying its content in bulk.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logo and design of this website belong to the Business or its licensors and are protected by copyright law (Greek Law 2121/1993). Reproduction or use for any purpose other than personal information requires our prior written permission. Third-party names and trademarks (for example Instagram, Google, Tripadvisor) belong to their respective owners.

6. Links to third parties

This website contains links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the completeness of the information. To the extent permitted by law, the Business is liable only for intent or gross negligence. Your rights under consumer protection law (Greek Law 2251/1994) remain unaffected.

8. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

Greek law applies. The courts at the seat of the Business (Kalamata) have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction in consumer disputes. For the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes you may contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, 144 Alexandras Avenue, 114 71 Athens, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr); our participation in such a procedure is voluntary unless the law provides otherwise.

10. Changes and contact

We may amend these terms; the version published at the time applies. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our contact details are on the Legal notice page. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Greek version prevails.
